Forgetting The Future | Un-Convention / Dragon Soop Artist of the Week in Scotland On Sunday, 4 July 2021

Hailing from Thurso, Forgetting The Future is Robbie McNicol, Connor Wilson, Max Paul and Jamie Mackay. 

They’ve recorded with Edwyn Collins of Orange Juice and are signed to InTime Records, owned by Emmy award-winning producer Ken Allardyce (Green Day, Fleetwood Mac, Weezer, The Goo Goo Dolls, Madonna) and Alan Greer.

The quartet released their debut album Broken Phones & Hormones in February last year, with singles Cherry, Latch, Inhaler and Sara Tonin clocking up hundreds of thousands of streams on Spotify and gaining airplay from Jim Gellatly on Amazing Radio. The Highland band already have packed live schedule including festival Capers in Cannich with sets both next weekend (9-12 July) and again from 17-20 September. They’ve a fairly extensive tour scheduled in November too visiting Edinburgh, Dundee, Paisley, Greenock, Glasgow and Aberdeen. Support acts include UTR favourite Calum Mackenzie plus lots more.
